Terms and Conditions for CREED CE Dental CPD Courses
1. Course Registration
1.1. CREED CE reserves the right to deny registration and/or participation in any course based on reasonable grounds.
1.2 To register for the course, participants must complete the online registration form and pay the course fee in full.
1.3. Registration is confirmed only upon receipt of the full course fee.
2. Payment
2.1. All course fees must be paid in advance through the provided payment methods.
2.2. Failure to pay the full course fee within 5 days of registration will result in cancellation of your registration from the course.
3. Cancellation and Refund Policy
3.1. Cancellations made 8 weeks or more prior to course commencement will incur a 10% administration charge.
3.2. Cancellations made 4-8 weeks prior to course commencement will incur a 20% cancellation fee.
3.3. Cancellations made 2-4 weeks prior to course commencement will incur a 50% cancellation fee.
3.4. Cancellations made within 2 weeks of course commencement are non-refundable.
4. Course Changes and Cancellations
4.1. CREED reserves the right to modify the course content, speakers, or venue as necessary.
4.2. Courses that do not receive sufficient enrolments may be cancelled, with notification provided one month before the course start date. In the event of a course cancellation, a full refund will be issued. CREED CE is not liable for any related expenses, such as accommodation or travel, nor for any loss or damage resulting from the substitution, alteration, cancellation, or postponement of an event. It is recommended to make travel arrangements within one month of the course start date, provided no cancellation notification has been received.
5. Course Materials
5.1. All course materials provided during the course are for the personal use of the participants only.
5.2. Unauthorised distribution or reproduction of course materials is prohibited.
6. Intellectual Property
6.1. All intellectual property rights in the course content and materials remain the property of CREED and its licensors.
6.2. Participants may not use, copy, or reproduce any course content or materials for commercial purposes without prior written consent from CREED.
7. Liability
7.1. CREED will not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation in the course.
7.2. Participants are responsible for their own travel, accommodation, and personal expenses.
8. Code of Conduct
8.1. Participants are expected to conduct themselves in a professional and respectful manner during the course.
8.2. CREED reserves the right to remove any participant from the course for inappropriate behaviour without refund.
8.3 Some CREED CE courses involve participants interacting with live patients for treatments and require adherence to additional mandatory requirements. These include, but are not limited to, complying with Patients’ Rights and Responsibilities.
9. Privacy
9.1. We collect personal information that is necessary for the administration and delivery of our courses. This may include, but is not limited to, your name, contact details, professional qualifications, and payment information.
9.2. The personal information we collect is used to:
Register and manage your participation in our courses.
Communicate with you about course details, updates, and other relevant information.
Provide you with CPD certificates and other post-course documentation.
Improve our courses and services based on feedback and data analysis.
9.3 We may disclose your personal information to third parties under the following circumstances:
To sponsors of the course that may use this information to contact you regarding their products, services, or special offers related to the course content.
To service providers who assist us in delivering our courses, including venue providers, catering services, and IT support.
To regulatory or professional bodies as required for CPD accreditation or compliance purposes.
When required by law or to protect our legal rights.
9.4 We take reasonable steps to protect your personal information from misuse, interference, loss, unauthorized access, modification, or disclosure. This includes implementing physical, technical, and administrative security measures.

10. Certification
10.1. Participants will receive a CPD certificate upon completion of CREED CE courses and Personalised Training Sessions. Certificates are not issued for complimentary Webinars.
11. Governing Law
11.1. These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of NSW the jurisdiction in which the course is held.
11.2. Any disputes arising from these terms and conditions will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of NSW.
