Dentists are seeing an increase in patient edentulism in their practices. A well-designed partial removable dental prosthesis of high quality improves patients’ smiles, chewing and speech function. This treatment modality is often a valid alternative to fixed dental prostheses supported by teeth or implants. In many complete edentulous scenarios, a removable denture stabilised and retained by implants is a preferred outcome compared with implant fixed prostheses. Diagnosis, planning decisions, treatment procedures and clear maintenance protocols are the keys to success in removable prosthodontics.

In this two-day short course, Dr Tuan Dao and seven expert presenters will help you develop your clinical skills in removable prosthodontics so you can diagnose, plan, deliver, and maintain removable tooth, mucosal, and implant borne prostheses to enable you to treat a variety of patients who visit your practice.
