Dr Sreenivas Koka

DDS, MS, PhD, MBA, FACD, FA

Sree earned DDS and MS (prosthodontics) degrees from the University of Michigan, a PhD (cell/molecular biology) degree from the University of Nebraska, and an MBA degree from MIT’s Sloan School of Management. He is Dean of the University of Mississippi Medical Center School of Dentistry. His past academic appointments include being former Professor and Chair of Dental Specialties at Mayo Clinic.

Sree founded a private dental practice, Koka Dental Corporation, in San Diego in 2014 and concurrently holds faculty appointments at Loma Linda University and UCLA. He is President of the International College of Prosthodontists, past-President of the Academy of Prosthodontics and founder of the Future Leaders workshop series that teaches leadership and management skills to early and mid-career professionals. Sree is the current President of the MIT Sloan Club of San Diego and Chair-elect of the MIT Sloan School of Management Alumni Board. He is a grateful recipient of a 2019 Margaret L. McVicar award from the MIT Alumni Association.
